RESTAURANT
& BAR :
Polo Bar : The Polo Bar and the Lobby Lounge are the ideal
meeting place. Open daily from 9am until late, enjoy an extensive
range of beverages plus a tempting array of light meals, desserts
and specialty teas and coffees, as well as live entertainment 6
nights a week. We also serve Afternoon Tea and Stamford's famous
Curry Puffs.
The Brasserie : Located on the lobby level, The Brasserie
serves inspired local and international cuisine in a stylish setting
overlooking Albert Street. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner,
from 6:30am until late. The restaurant has won several awards, including
the 1999 Corbans Wine & Food Challenge and 2000-01 Beef and
Lamb Excellence Award.
Patisserie : Located on the lobby level, our Patisserie is
one of Auckland's finest, specialising in delicious pastries, cakes
and gateaux. Open from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday, The Patisserie
is also the perfect place for fantastic sandwiches, hot savoury
selections and out-catering.
From 6am to 11am we offer an a la carte breakfast menu and from
11am until 11pm there is a complete in-room dining menu plus extensive
wine list. After 11pm our Moonlight menu is available until 6am.
We also provide picnic hampers. Please advise us if you have any

CONFERENCE
FACILITY : For a truly memorable occasion, choose from
our eight function rooms that can cater for any size group of up
to 400 people.
The Stamford Ballroom : The spacious Stamford Ballroom seats
up to 400 guests theatre-style and 250 people for dinner. The ballroom
was used extensively during APEC 1999 and is popular for weddings,
conferences, product launches and meetings. The ballroom can be
divided into three rooms and features state-of-the-
art technology.
Raffles Room : The
elegantly appointed Raffles Rooms cater for up to 100 people for
meetings or 65 for dinner. The Raffles Room can be reconfigured
for smaller meetings and functions if necessary.
Merlion Room : The
Merlion Room is located on level two and accommodates 60 guests
theatre-style or 40 for lunch and dinner. The room feaures plenty
of natural lighting.
Sentosa Room : The
Sentosa Room is located at lobby level and comfortably accommodates
40 people theatre style or for lunch and dinner. This room features
natural light and is popular for meetings, launches, seminars and
lunches.
Boardroom : The
Boardroom is extremely private and perfect for business roundtable
meetings, interviews, launches and training sessions. It comfortably
