Grand
Hyatt Melbourne offers 547 guest rooms, including 23 Grand Studio
rooms, 18 Executive Suites, four Deluxe Suites, three Diplomatic
Suites, the Grand Club® on the 31st floor and the Presidential
Suite on the top floors.
Our
spacious guest rooms feature king-size beds, a desk placed under
the window, a comfortable chair and ottoman. All rooms have a high-speed
ISDN connection to the Internet. The large open-plan Grand Studio
rooms have all the features of a guest room but with an additional
lounge area.
Grand Club®, Hyatt's signature 'hotel within a hotel' accommodation,
occupies the top floors of the hotel and provides guests with a
higher level of personal services.
We invite you to enjoy the luxury, added service and facilities
of our Executive Suites. Located on the top floors of the hotel,
you will enjoy the security of elevator key access, breakfast, all
day refreshments and evening drinks and canapés served daily
in the Grand Club® Lounge. As a Grand Club® guest, you will
also receive the added value of unlimited access to City Club Health
and Fitness Centre (excluding tennis, solarium and massage) and
Monsoon's.
The Executive Suites feature a separate living room and entertainment
area, while Deluxe Suites feature an open-plan lounge and dining
room with a bar. All guests staying in our suites receive full access
to Grand Club®, located on the top floors of the hotel.
Diplomatic Suites are designed in the style of an apartment, with
separate dining and living rooms, and incorporate a pantry / kitchenette
and a separate guest bathroom.
The luxurious and spacious Presidential Suite features unique artwork
and elegant decor and offers a large entertainment area with a dining
section, a master bedroom with an adjoining en suite study, a black

Plane Tree Café, so called as it offers panoramic views over
the plane trees on Russell Street, features an extensive buffet
as well as à la carte dining throughout the day. The Hyatt
Food Court and Bars offers a selection of food outlets. The two
bars are located at the opposite ends of the Food Court and are
popular evening venues for meeting friends and colleagues.
Bar
Deco, with its superb deco theme and artwork, is the ideal meeting
place. Live jazz entertainment starts each evening from 5:00
pm, creating a club-like ambience where guests can enjoy a martini
from one of the best lists in the city. Monsoon's Nightclub
is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
