Rotisserie
A fine restaurant with a sophisticated continental ambiance.
Serving a tempting selection of meat and fish entrees in classic
Provencal style. Don't miss out on the highlights - the succulent
flavor of spit roasted lamb and poultry specialties. Open daily
except Friday nights from 7 pm to 10 pm. Open on Saturdays one
hour after the end of the Sabbath. Specialty Dish : Roast saddle
of Israeli Lamb with three grain risotto and a herb salad.
The Food Fair
The hotel's main dining room offers an eat-all-you-can grand
buffet selection that deliciously mingles flavors, colors and
textures. Open for breakfast from 7 am to 10.30 am. Dinner from
6.30 pm to 9.30 pm. Specialty Dish : Baked sea bass with an
olive crust, braised fennel and a warm lemon mustard vinaigrette.
Moby Dick
Located on the terrace overlooking the Red Sea, a buffet style
restaurant with a varied menu that includes barbecued meat and
fish, as well as Far Eastern favorites. Open daily for lunch
from 1 pm to 4 pm. Specialty Dish : Barbecued breast of moullard
with duck confit and a green olive sauce.
Siesta (lobby lounge)
The Dan Eilat's dairy restaurant, offering a seductive selection
of freshly prepared salads, pasta, sandwiches and snacks. The
perfect spot for sipping your favorite drink or aromatic coffee,
or for indulging in light-as-air pastries.
Open daily from 11 am until midnight. Specialty Dish : Home-baked
focaccia filled with lightly sauteed eggplant and goat cheese.
Shipudei Habustan
A Middle Eastern Restaurant Offering a huge choice of barbecued
skewered meats, freshly prepared salads and Arab-style houmous.
Open nightly from Sunday to Thursday after the Sabbath on Saturday.
