Ayurvedic Beach Resort. Somatheeram Ayurvedic Beach Resort is rich with
tradition, culture and overwhelming natural splendour. Traditionally styled
bungalows, built in wood and sporting antique, carved doors and pillars,
each building is a unique piece of Kerala and architecture. Our Ayurvedic
Rejuvenation Centre with 10 doctors and 60 therapists offer more than
28 different types of treatments and body care programs. The treatments
can be decided after a direct consultation with our doctors or arrival.
We have a yoga center where yoga can be learnt and meditation practiced
under the guidance of our Guru.
LOCATION
: The hotel is 80kms from Trivandrum International Airport
and 20kms from Kottayam and one hour by speed boat from Trivandrum.

: A granite built palace like house with a spacious octagon
shaped living room, a gorgeously decorated bedroom with king size
bed, overlooking an inexplicable panorama. Steps leading to a
terrace with an eye-catching view, an open courtyard with a palm
tree and an open roof bath are added attractions.
Illam
(Deluxe and Ordinary)
: Traditional Kerala houses mostly wooden built with antique doors
and furniture. Each house has 2 bedrooms, one being deluxe with
a living room and the other an ordinary room rented separately.
Taken together you own an exclusive compound with greeneries and
the ocean for sight.
Arappura (Deluxe and Ordinary)
A traditional Kerala house with one deluxe and one ordinary accommodation.
The wood based house.
Jeeva Jyothi:A Kerala house with two bedrooms rented separately
situated on the slopes to the beach amidst verdant coconut grooves.
