The Kairali
Ayurvedic Health Resorts are a venture of Mr. K.V. Ramesh and Ms. Gita
Ramesh, who belong to a family of traditional Ayurvedic physicians having
the ability to research and develop some reputed Ayurvedic medicines.
They started a resort in an elaborate way at Palakkad, Kerala the birthplace
of Ayurveda, and took people even more closer to Nature and Natural Medicine,
where one can actually recuperate from your stress and strain, get treated
for one's ailments while you holiday. No wonder then, this is the world's
first health farm to have a perfect health.

Ayurvedic Health Resort situated on 45 acres of lush green land, which
is 100% pollution free, overlooking the beautiful Western Ghats of Kerala
one cannot ask for more in terms of a Healthy Holiday
LOCATION
: 21 kms away south of Trivandrum, about 5 Kms farther from
Kovalam.
| ACCOMMODATION:
The
Resorts consists of 28 villas and 2 Presidential Suites all designed
differently and ethnically built in 12 acres of land. There are
executive villas having the facilities of independent fax in each
room. The Presidential Suite consists of two Double bed room with
attached bath, sit out, independent fax etc. All the villas are
equipped with AC, TV, refrigerator etc. |

RESTAURANT
: At the Kairali there
are 2 acres of land is developed for Herbal garden and coconut groves,
2 acres for Natural forest, 12 acres for organically cultivated
rice and other cereals, 2 acres for organically cultivated fruit
and vegetable garden and 7 acres of coconut grove.
Ingredients
used in all the amenities, including toiletries, are naturally derived
or herbal. The fruits and vegetables are cultivated organically
in the resort garden and it even maintains its own dairy farm.

Recreation
& Health Facilities : The Health Centre has well-experienced
& qualified doctors to cater to almost 72 clients per day. One
is in the safe foils of the Ancient Science of Life-Ayurveda. It
provides treatments for ailments such as arthritis, spondylitis,
paralysis, obesity, sinusitis, migraine, premature ageing, skin
ailments etc. Ayurvedic cures detoxify and rejuvenate the whole
body system for curing the ailment and enable general fitness. At
Kairali, you can avail of packages specially designed for your needs.
There are beauty care packages, weight loss packages, post pregnancy
health programs etc. Their durations vary from 3 days to 21 days
depending on your choice and need.
Yoga,
Meditation, Residential Astrology and Palmistry are also offered.
Recreation facilities for children such as chess, monopoly, caroms,
etc. are available in the rooms on request at no extra charges.
