My experience was horrible as far as this particular hotel is concerned.
The hotel has a fantastic website. I was attracted the way everything
was presented on the website. The staff was very cooperative on phone
at the time of booking. The trouble started when I reached Lonavala
station. The auto driver demanded double money saying that the hotel
is located in a very deserted and inaccesible place. and I found it
true.The hotel was located at a place about a mile away from any road.
Then came the next jolt. The room was so shabby, the sheets were so
dirty and everything was untidy. In fact there was only a wooden partition
between my room and the adjoining room. The voices were traveling from
the adjoining room to me. I asked my family just to keep quiet for the
total stay duration for the fear of being overheard. Somehow we spent
the stay. At the time of checkout, the staff did not bother to call
a taxi for us, I myself had to walk a long distance to call a taxi.
Therefore I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
