LOCATION
: The hotel lies on your way to Kovalam, just 700 metres away
from Vellar Junction. The resort is located by the side of Samudra beach,
which is a part of renowned Kovalam beach. The beach is just 50 yards
away from the hotel. Trivandrum International airport is 15kms away and
the Railway station, 13 kms.
ACCOMMODATION

Well appointed rooms spell modern luxury with all amenities to make
you stay as comfy as possible. All rooms are individually air-conditioned
and have balcony/sit-out over looking the swimming pools and the
beach beyond. At present we have 93 rooms. With each room facing
the sea you have 93 angles to admire it. All rooms are furnished
to international standards with shower and running hot & cold water.

Oottupura is the vintage term for 'eating place' in Kerala. Discover

specialty restaurant which offers all kinds of culinary delights.
Set in rather a lively atmosphere, the restaurant also gives you
a view of the gleaming swimming pool, surrounding green lawn and
bewitching beach beyond. Almost all kinds of food, such as Indian,
Mughal, Chinese and Continental food, besides Theme dinners, Kerala
Sea Food delicacies and Kerala specialties are offered here. Traditional
Kerala food is served in plantain leaf on request..

A choice of menu ranging from Italian to Indian...Your short grub
could not be more regal. From this outlet, light but delicious eatables
are served. Come and taste the salads which is yet another specialty.
An assortment of salads, such as California Coleslaw, Sauté Salad,
Cauliflower Chat, Cheese Macaroni & Rice, Fruit Salad topped with
ice Cream are included in the menu. However, our specially trained
chefs see to it that the menu doesn't look all the same every day
and there is some variety brought into it. Including Salads in your
afternoon meals keeps you away from acidity problem. It facilitates
better functioning of your nervous system and keeps your heart-beat
normal. Salad has calorific value equivalent to that of chicken
or fish. Take it and have a lot of tropical fruits and vegetables

Mattupavu
Mattupavu is the royal term used in the past to refer to a terrace.
