LOCATION
:The exclusive Ramada Caravela Beach Resort is located
in one of the world's fabulous palm tree plantations, adjacent to the
300 meters long white sandy beach of Varca. A dream location for the sun-loving,
peace seeking traveler, who enjoys golf, ayurvedic rejuvenation, water
sports facilities and the exotic atmosphere of an unspoiled tropical surrounding.
The Resort is about 30 kms from Dabolim International Airport and 10 kms
from Margao Railway Station, the commercial capital of Goa.
ACCOMMODATION :All rooms and suites are either double or twin bedded
with individual controlled air-conditioning, large private bath,
massage shower and hair dryer. International direct dialing telephone,
coloured television with satellite channels (BBC, CNN), mini bar,
220 V shaving socket are standard.
Adaptors are also available on request. Each room has a balcony
or a terrace for extra privacy, overlooking the landscaped gardens

RESTAURANT

THE CARNAVAL : This air conditioned candlelit "a la carte"
restaurant, located on the lower lobby level is open for dinner
only.
Serving Mediterranean / Multi Cuisine with a superb selection of
international wines, the restaurant is very popular with residents.
Open on every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday From November to May
and daily from June to October.
CAFE CASCADA : Cafe Cascada is an air conditioned restaurant
located in the lower level with a view of the swimming pool and
cascading waterfall. Open 24 hours serves Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner,
also a wide variety of mini meals and light snacks
Also located in the lower level is the Lanai having a view of the
pool and fountains. Open from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. for breakfast,
lunch and dinner, serving Indian, Continental and Goan cuisine.
CASTAWAYS : Serving Grills, Barbeque and Goan specialities,
in addition to the daily "Theme" buffet dinners with live music
and dancing, served around the poolside.
Castaways operates as Seasonal Restaurant and is closed on every
Monday.
THE LANAI : Lanai our
lounge is an extension of our coffee shop,the 'Cafe Cascada' located
at the pool level,the Lanai has a view of the pool.
An idyllic setting with a waterfall,the Lanai offers you a variety
of cuisine to choose from for breakfast and dinner, be it Indian,
Goan or Mediterranean food to a snack.
Two Restaurants under one Roof set right next to the Beach.
POLYNESIAN HUT : a speciality restaurant serving authentic Oriental
cuisine and a wide variety of local and imported spirits. Open every
Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Sussegado : A speciality restaurant serving authentic Goan
and grilled seafood. Typical Goan surrounding and setup and very
beautiful view of the Oceon.
SUNSET BAR : A picturesque bar located on the beach with a scintillating
view of the Arabian Sea and a perfect location to enjoy the Sunset.
Sip on a chilled Beer or a wide variety of cocktails. Open from
10 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily during season.

The Gym: The gym has all the amenities and equipment needed
for muscle toning and bodybuilding. It has a fully equipped multi
gym exerciser, with separately usable dumb bells, bars, pull-ups,
rowing oars, and a host of other useful equipment, not to mention
a full time gym instructor to guide you with the best of advice.
The Sauna, Turkish bath or Jacuzzi is available for all those who
want to have a hot, dry or steamy bath. Jacuzzi is also available
inhouse within the Deluxe Villas.
Water Sports: From 07.00 a.m. to Sunset: Water Sports at the
Ramada Caravela Beach Resort includes Boating with speed boats.
Glide over the smooth blue waters of Goa at will. Other water sports
available are wind surfing, water skiing and various tube rides
like Banana boat, Kneeboarding, Extreme, Formula or Wedgetube.
OUTDOOR GAMES: Tennis (7.30 hrs. - 22.00 hrs.) Play tennis
all day and evening on our floodlit tennis courts. All tennis equipment
is available on rental basis as required.
