RESTAURANT
& BAR : For

a whole new culinary dimension. All food served in the hotel is
purchased from government certified markets and fisheries, and prepared
in the hotel's own kitchen under the chefs' watchful eyes.
Delhi Ka Aangan : The Indian restaurant located in the lobby,
serves traditional Delhi cuisine which is an amalgam of four popular
cuisines namely Bania, Kayastha, Muslim and Mughal.
Café : Café is a 24 hour restaurant
located at pool level. A waterfall, located in the lobby, adds to
the freshness of the environment. It offers an elaborate buffet
spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner. An à la carte menu
is also available. A show kitchen at the far end of the restaurant
prepares and serves hot kebabs, rotisserie meats and pasta preparations
à la minute. It is well known for its frequently hosted international
food festivals.
Polo Lounge : This popular bar has a traditional English
decor of wood panelling, leather chesterfield chairs and a small
fireplace.
