: The Ballal Residency has a very unique facility wherein
the client avails a 24-hour check-out facility aimed at extending
the courtesy of flexible timings.
This will enable you to check-in at a time that is convenient to
your schedule. There are 63 twin bedded deluxe rooms with individually
controlled A/C facility. There are 4 suites in all with spacious
lounges attached to them.
All the suites have individually controlled A/C facility. All the
suites are for double or more occupancy. The rooms are big and roomy
with wall- to- wall carpeting.
The hotel provides the rooms and suites with some general features
that aim to make your life easier. Be it laundry you have to get
done, a doctor on call, locker facilities, travel desk or a foreign
exchange counter, you avail of all the facilities. More like a One-stop
shop.
Personal CC TVs, refrigerators, writing desks, telephones with direct
dialing feature for local calls are also provided. Every room has
