RESTAURANT:
Szechuan Court : Neat and bright French windows, black-yellow-colored
decoration, plus soft lighting make Szechwan Court more graceful. We
present dishes with the Chef's recommendation at any time, which provides
guests different fresh feelings in different period.
Ming Garden : Relax yourself amid the surroundings of elegant
European decor of Ming Garden. We provide plentiful dishes to satisfy
more and more choosy taste of guests. The Ambassador Hotel opens up
specially "Chinese Cuisines Area", and you can enjoy traditional
Chinese cuisines in Western Buffet. In addition, we have afternoon teatime,
providing you inexpensive dishes and piano performance.
Canton
Court : Experience fine dining and be pampered the old fashioned
Chinese way amid traditional surroundings. We offer elaborately Canton
cuisines, and Dim Sum snacks. We also have friendly personal trolley
service, providing order service at the right moment. Except tables
scattering around for friends to have a dinner party, we still have
