LOCATION:
The
hotel is on the bank of The Ayeyarwaddy River with its 24 ares gardens
of exotic flowers, plants and shrubs that has been lovingly tended over
the years. It is managed by a Japanese firm, EXE-Sakura International
Co., Ltd. Here, you can relax on the lawn with a good book, enjoy a
quiet afternoon stroll through the gardens and long shadows of 12th
century pagodas or watch the golden Myanmar sunset over the hills across
the river and experience the spirit of Myanmar.
Situated
on the bank of The Ayeyarwaddy River. It is 10 minutes from the Nyaung
Oo Airport, adjacent to Bagan Archeological Museum and between old and
new Bagan.

There are 17 bungalows which consist of 68 Superior rooms which
are spacious with separate balconies. The rooms are decorated in
local fabrics and natural woods evoking a truly traditional atmosphere.
From
November 2002 there will be two new villas. Each villa consist
of 4 suites adding 8 River Front Suites Rooms, right by the Ayeyarwaddy
River Banks. The suites will have spacious river view verandah,
living room, bedroom, ensuite bathroom with raised bathtub, separate
shower stall and separate toilet cubicle
