80 kms from Male, built on 19 acres. You can reach there in 2 hours
by speed boat, in 20 minutes by sea plane and in 5 hours and 30
minutes by Dhoni. An island atoll of this size naturally allows
you imagine that the sea and the sand belong exclusively to you.

| DINING : The main restaurant serves daily, breakfst buffets, delicious
cuisines and international theme nights for dinner. The Beach
Grill BBQ by the beach serves prime cuts of meat and succulent
freshly caught sea food. The Light House Bar offers a variety
of liquors, wines, cocktails, fruit juices and an experience
of culinary delights only on offer, at Velidhu Island Resort.

SPECIAL EVENTS :
Snorkeling Safari A
dhoni will take you to three outer reefs every Monday, Wednesday
and Saturday. It is two and a half hours of underwater adventure.
Island Hopping Take your
pick, it is either a half-day excursion (Tuesdays) or a full-days
adventure (Thursdays). If you choose the former, you will
be taken to the inhabited island-tourist resort, Nika Hotel.
Night Fishing You can
choose to go fishing at night on Sundays or Fridays. What
you catch will be BBQed and provided for dinner the next day.
Mantha Safari Go by dhoni's
to the point where Manta's are and clients get in to the waters
and swim with the Manta's
Dolphine Safari Go to
the points where dolphins are and the dhone travels along
with the dolphins. Clients are able to take pictures.
Half day Island Hopping
Tour to one habitad Island and back to Velidhu.
Deep Sea Fishing Leave
to deep sea and fish.
