ACCOMMODATION:
Of
the 177 rooms in total, there are 8 suites, of which 4 are "presidential"
and 4 are "junior". These are lovely large rooms built
and fitted to a high standard and carpeted throughout. The other
rooms are deluxe; pleasantly decorated and well fitted-out.
But with so many to fit onto a small island they are smaller
than might be expected.
The two storey Presidential Suites with their separate sitting
rooms, bedrooms, balconies and terraces offer the ultimate in
luxury while the deluxe suites with their marble floors offer
nothing less than sheer elegance and comfort. Most rooms also
offer Satellite TV. |

largest swimming pool is a lovely creation centrally placed in front
of the open sided main bar. This, in many ways, is the hub of the
resort. Tucked away in the interior is the second pool, within the
sports center, which also has two tennis courts, a gym, sauna and
snooker table.
Water Sports : Watersports facilities include Scuba Diving,
Snorkling, Windsurfing,Catamaran Sailing, Badminton, Tennis, Beach
Volley and Excursion. The beautiful sandy white beaches around the
island a real tropical paradise.
In
addition to the numerous recreational facilities such as three swimming
pools, gymnasium and floodlit tennis courts, Kurumba also has an
International Convention Center, 2 bars and Western cuisine, seafood,
beach barbecues and a 24 hour coffee shop.
Land

: A lively weekly program keeps you entertained throughout

Outside
every room is the welcome shade of tall palms and beyond that, the
beach. It is a good beach all around the island, giving a choice
of wide open stretches and little private areas between bushes.
In a few areas unsightly old groynes extend from the shore, but
more unsightly is the wall of coral built inside the reef edge all
the way around. The best that can be said of this, is that after
a while you no longer notice it.
