RESTAURANT:
With
an extensive wine cellar and a wideselection of homemade pasta,
Nicholini's restaurant has been voted Hong Kong's Best Restaurant
by Hong Kong Tatler from 1991 to 1998. The opening hours are from
12 noon to 3:00pm for lunch and 6:30pm to 11:00pmfor dinner. Sunday
brunch from 11:00am to 3:00pm.
Closed on Saturdays for lunch.
Brasserie
on the Eighth serves provincial French cuisine and is the perfect
setting for a luncheon or a casual evening with friends over a
glass of wine. With a capacity to seat 90 people, Brasserieon
the Eighth features traditional specialities. The restaurant is
open for lunch from 12 noon to 3:00pm and dinner from 6:30pm to
11:00pm.
