LOCATION :
Legends, a new four star luxe hotel, lies in the centre of the
fishing village of Grand Gaube, not far from Grand Bay, in the
north-eastern corner of Mauritius. This beautiful bay, which stretches
as far as the distant horizon, is an invigorating setting for

ACCOMMODATION

Legends Hotel houses 198 guest rooms and suites which have
a balcony or a terrace with sea view. The rooms are contemporary
in design yet still maintain a distinctly traditional feel.
Rooms are furnished with soft, comfortable fabrics, rich dark
wooden furniture, light coloured walls and original art work.
Each type of room is aptly decorated and furnished in accordance
with the basic concepts of Feng Shui.
In the 126 Superior Rooms , the main element chosen
is metal enhanced with earth and water. In the 46 Deluxe
Rooms , the main element is water enhanced with wood and
metal. The 23 Junior Suites have a wood theme
with water and fire elements. The two Senior Suites
have a earth theme with fire and water elements, and the Presidential
Villa combines all five of the Feng Shui elements. There
are a wide range of modern amenities including: air-conditioning,
bathroom with bath and separate shower, hair dryer, shave
socket, IDD telephone, TV, Internet access, mini-bar, personal
safe, and tea and coffee making facilities. Suites are fitted

on-site restaurants. For a full buffet breakfast, visit Gingko
Restaurant . In the evenings, it serves delicious themed
buffets, and grandiose gala dinners. For a slightly more casual
fare, the beach bar and grill, La Bastide serves Mediterranean
cuisine. Karma House fuses eastern and western flavours.
This impressive split-level restaurant has an open kitchen,
a walk-in wine cellar and an outdoor terrace. Mouthwatering
seafood dishes are served in the seafood restaurant Abalone
.The recently opened Banyan Tree restaurant next to
the deluxe rooms offers a barbeque bar / grill.The hotel also
operates an in-room 24-hour dining service. |
